an eleven team league throughout the greater Lynchburg area. Our season consists of 6 dual meets, one a week on Monday nights, and ending the season with our A & B championship meets. We strive to provide a healthy learning environment through the sport of swimming, sportsmanship and healthy competition in a fun and recreational atmosphere. The ages of our swimmers range from 5 year olds to returning 18-year- olds. We offer a training team for our beginning swimmers that may be new to competitive swimming in the Lynchburg Aquatic League (LAL). Our regular swim team practices daily Monday - Friday with an hour long intensive stroke clinic class on Saturday mornings. Our Parent-volunteer swim team board has planned several swim team family functions such as, movie night(s), a water park trip, pool lock-in & beginning of the year social. |
