Pavilion Rental Policy during Pool Hours

  • Only WARA Pool Members may rent the pavilion.  
  • Member must be present at all times during function.
  • Rental fee is $50 and due in advance.  
  • Pavilion may only be rented during the hours of 2:00pm - 8:00pm.  
  • The pavilion may only be rented for a 2-hour time slot.  
  • Reservations must be made five (5) days prior to the function date.  
  • Charge for each non-member guest swimmer is $5.00.  
  • Members and their guests must follow all pool Rules and Regulations.

After Hours Pool Rental Policy

  • Only WARA Pool Members may rent the pool after hours.  
  • Member must be present at all times during the function.  
  • Rental fee is $100 and must be paid in one week in advance.  
  • Member is responsible for lifeguard’s wages: $10 per hour
  • At least two (2) guards must be on duty.
  • More may be required depending on number of guests.  
  • Rental hours are from 8:00pm -12:00 midnight: 3 hour minimum
  • Reservations must be made two (2) weeks in advance.  
  • Member and guests are responsible for all clean-up and must leave pool
    gate by 12:00 midnight.
  • Pool Rules and Regulations must be followed at all times.  
  • Member is responsible for any Damage to pool and/or surrounding area.
